Subscription Strategy

In addition to subscription fulfilment HH&S can contribute to the overall subs strategy.

Topline this includes customer recruitment, retention and reactivation.
At a more granular level it encompasses subs pricing strategies from initial offer to cancellation response. Flexible retail vouchers are a good solution for subscribers wishing to cancel their full subscription by offering a more flexible offer to address the typical reason for cancelling of “I don’t read the title as much as I used to”. Giving consideration to cross-selling subscription fulfilment channels e.g. switching subscribers from home delivery or postal to retail vouchers and how to develop today’s print subscribers into tomorrow’s digital subscribers.

Also creating and developing promotional campaigns to generate prospect data and retail campaigns using local retailer knowledge to recruit new subscribers who then have their orders fulfilled by the recruiting retailer.
